Sosial Media Specialist
Job Description:
- Creating creative content for Social Media platforms
- Developing a content plan based on current trends
- Crafting engaging captions for content and social media campaigns/activities
- Communicating with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing complaints, questions, and issues
- Contributing ideas, planning communication strategies, and executing activities for marketing campaigns
- Utilizing social media analytical tools and generating social media performance reports
- Posting and scheduling content across social media accounts
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Monitoring social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy
Job Requirements:
- Maximum 27 years old
- Senior high school graduates can apply with proven experience in successfully managing social media campaigns and projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management
- Experience in handling social media accounts for news platforms or local information media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Understanding of SEO and SEM is a plus
- Creativity in generating fresh ideas and content tailored for social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media insights and analytics tools
- Deep understanding of social media community guidelines and compliance regulations
